- Braking system (brake pads, brake shoes, hand brakes, disc rotors & brake lines etc)
- Brake fluid moisture level check
- Oil leakage inspection (rocker cover gasket, steering high pressure/low pressure lines, engine oil pan gasket, transmission oil pan gasket and seals etc)
- A/C operation check
- Auxiliary drive belts check
- Automatic transmission fluid level and color inspection (with Dipstick only)
- Air filter element check for contamination
- Charging system check
- Coolant system check (water hose, thermostat gaskets, heater hoses and radiator)
- Tyre tread and pressure check
- Throttle body inspection for contamination
- Spark plug operating condition check (Petrol models only)
- Power steering fluid check if equipped
- Front & rear suspension check for oil leakage, bushing wear, ball joints and control arm bushes
- 4WD inspection on transfer case, rear diff and manual transmission for oil leakage
- Engine idling checks for any vacuum leaks, abnormal noise or excessive vibration
- Road test for identifying any wheel alignment, loose suspension joints and other drivability issues
- Diesel engine intake inspection for carbon deposit
- Turbo charger inspection for turbines etc
- Identified potential issues will be notified to customer and suggest repair plans
