Warranty
At NT Auto Services, we have two warranty terms which are New Car Warranty and NT Workmanship Warranty.
New Car Warranty
This warranty term is generally offered when servicing new vehicles which are under manufacturer’s statutory warranty period. We will perform all the work as per manufacturer’s specification (according to the service book bulletin) so that your new car warranty is maintained. This is usually done via NT’s Log Book Service.
The log book service must be carried out and meet the following criteria:
- Service must be performed by qualified personnel (Trade Qualified Technician who must hold the Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology)
- All service parts used shall be Genuine Parts (Some aftermarket brand products do claim that their parts do not affect new car warranty, however, at NT we always use genuine parts for log book servicing)
- Vehicle must be serviced according to the manufacturer’s specification
